This just adds the level/quest reqs for 'Green Corridor' and 'Special Equipment', combined with a hand-modified quest dump this was used to generate a new quests.json containing those quests.

Turns out the AvailableForFinish IDs are actually used for displaying the quest objectives, so I've removed copying them from an existing quests.json file in the generator, in case BSG updates the IDs for some reason
