Cj b60b7a6f78 Normalize build path and naming (!127 )

Normalize the build path for consistency as per SPT-AKI/Issues#658

- All assemblies now live in `BepInEx/plugins/spt`
- Renamed aki-common.dll and aki-reflection respectively for consistency as well.
