The default example only adds the trader to the trading menu, but doesn't display the trader in ragfair too (like how the default traders are). With this PR, the trader's inventory is also available in ragfair.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
